The rates include Florida state tax.
The price is for the villa per week, not per person. It includes electricity, water, air conditioning, cable TV, clean bed linen and towels.

Costs will be $25 per day (approx £17) Please note: The above prices are in dollars and are available from the management company in Florida. Payment can be made on your arrival or at time of booking. *Note: stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of $80
